IHR Workshop in Early American History - 16 January
In January 2015 the IHR library will open its new North American room. To celebrate, the IHR is hosting a day-long workshop for early career academics working on any facet of American or Atlantic history from the 17th century to the early national period.
One-day workshop: Public Speaking for Historians
Public speaking is the main medium by which we communicate our research. This one-day workshop is an interactive session, which fuses academic practice with acting techniques and is designed to enhance your confidence and understanding of oral communication.
