A conference to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Society for the Study of Labour History will be held on Saturday 15th May 2010 at the People's History Museum, Spinningfields, Manchester. Panels include 'Celebrating 50 Years of Labour History'; 'Labour Archives: Past, Present and Future'; 'National Labour Histories'; and 'Approaches to Class, Gender and Ethnicity'.
Admission is £5 (free for students/unwaged). Places are limited. Advance registration by 1st May is strongly recommended.
