http://www.netserf.org
NetSERF is a partially annotated gateway
to over 1400 medieval web sites. The site is relatively easy to
navigate as it is clearly structured and it is possible to browse
or search NetSERF. Links are divided into the following main categories:
archaeology, architecture, art, Arthuriana, civilizations, culture,
drama, history, law, literature, music, people, philosophy, religion,
science and technology, women and research center. These categories
are further subdivided. As well as providing a gateway to web resources
NetSERF has developed an online glossary of medieval terms. There
are currently entries for over 1400 terms. Although the site only
includes partial annotation its value lies in the fact that it provide
access to a large number of web sites which are searchable from
a single point.
