COLLAGE (Corporation of London Library & Art Gallery Electronic) is an image database created by the Corporation of London and iBase Image Systems. The image database currently contain approximately 20,000 Images from the Guildhall Library and Guildhall Art Gallery in London. There are plans to increase the number of Images available online. Each image is accompanied by a description of the picture and details of, for example, the artist, size of the picture, date, publisher, medium etc as appropriate. The quality of the Images is relatively clear. The collections can be searched by keyword or, for users with up-to-date browsers by JAVA search. The collections can also be browsed. The main categories for browsing are:
