IHR Annual Fund

2012 marks the third year of the IHR Annual Fund, which was set up to provide a steady stream of much-needed unrestricted income.

To date, the Fund has raised over £65,000 and has helped to support numerous projects around the Institute, the Library and the Anglo American conference.

All donations to the Annual Fund are matched 2:1 through the Mellon Challenge Grant, a US$1 million endowment-creating grant from the Andrew W Mellon Foundation.  Donations to the Annual Fund today will not only immediately benefit the IHR, but also ensure that the Institute will continue to be a world-class resource for generations to come. 

To encourage new donors and thank all of those who have already given, the IHR’s Director, Professor Miles Taylor, will be hosting a special reception later in the year for all donors.
