Siobhan Morris is Library Officer at the Institute of Historical Research. As library officer, Siobhan works across a range of projects, events and exhibitions, whilst providing general support for the library team. Siobhan is also responsible for the library’s user experience (UX) projects.
Siobhan joined the IHR in September 2015 and previously held the role of Library Graduate Trainee. Prior to this, she completed an MA in History and a Masters (MSc) in History, both from the University of Edinburgh. Specialising in modern European history, her historical research interests include internationalism and memorialisation, primarily the cultural implications of international conflicts. Alongside this, Siobhan also holds interests in digital humanities, the changing discipline of information science, and user experience research in academic libraries.
