The IHR Reading Group is open to all IHR degree students (past and present).
It is an informal group that meets on the first Wednesday of the month. Each month's discussion is based on a historically themed paper chosen by the group's participants in turn. There is no obligation to attend every session.
The group also acts as a means to meet fellow IHR students.

The chose paper for September is: Geoffrey Clark, Life insurance in the society and culture of London, 1700-1775, Urban History, Vol.24, (1), (May 1997)
