Megan Hunt is Lecturer in Modern and Contemporary History at the University of Edinburgh. She is a cultural historian of the modern United States. Her first book Southern by the Grace of God: Religion, Race, and Civil Rights in Hollywood’s American South is forthcoming from University of Georgia Press.

This session will be chaired by Dr. Daniel Matlin (King’s College London).
