On the 24 March 2021 we were joined by Yasmina El Chami (IHR Scouloudi Fellow) and Dr Diya Gupta (IHR Past and Present Fellow: Race, Ethnicity, and Equality in History Fellow) for an IHR Fellows Seminar.

Educated at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, University of Cambridge and King's College London, Diya is a literary and cultural historian interested in the intersections between life-writing, visual culture and literature, particularly in response to war.
