Remembering Glen Jacques

Many IHR members have fond memories of Glen Jacques who worked at IHR reception from 2005 until 2021. Sadly Glen died on 21 April 2022 after a period of ill health. 

People will remember his friendly, welcoming presence. He was a dedicated and much-loved member of staff. 

Glen's family would appreciate any donations in his memory to Bowel Cancer UK, Kidney Research UK or St Joseph's Hospice, Hackney.
 
An event to celebrate Glen’s contribution to the Institute of Historical Research will be held in April 2023.
