Institute roles
Rebecca is responsible for the finance, events and general administration for the Victoria County History. Since May 2016 Rebecca has also been the administrator for the Heritage Lottery Funded 'Layers of London' project.
Read joined the IHR in 2011 as the administrator for the Victoria County History, and prior to this worked as an administrator in the academic and heritage sectors for several years at the Science Museum picture library and Imperial College School of Medicine. Rebecca has also worked on documentation projects and as a curatorial assistant for Buckinghamshire County Museum. Rebecca has a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham in American Studies.
