About the seminar
All enquiries to Ludivine Broch and Charlotte Faucher.
The Modern French History Seminar welcomes a range of scholarship on France, its empire, and its people from the French Revolution to today. We welcome a spectrum of approaches within this realm, from political history to environmental history, comparative studies to interdisciplinary reflections. Scholars at all stages of their career can discuss their current/ongoing research projects, but we also organise book launches and roundtables based around contemporary historiography and current events.
Summaries and recordings of past papers at the seminar are available at the French History Network blog.
