Modern Religious History

The IHR Modern Religious History seminar explores new currents of research and debate in modern religious history, across centuries, geographies and cultures. We encourage researchers to share their latest findings, and offer a space for discussing new ideas and approaches. We welcome experienced researchers, early career scholars, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and people with a general interest in the history of religion. Our seminars provide an excellent opportunity to meet other scholars, to engage with authors, and to reflect on the place and history of religion in the modern world. Free to attend, all welcome.
Because of the ongoing global pandemic, we will be hosting our seminars online this Autumn 2020. Please use the booking links below to reserve your place at a seminar, and receive joining instructions.
