In the document table below please find the 2023-24 guidelines for convenors which outlines all the procedures for the upcoming academic year.

 
Seminar expenses

Please download and use the new seminar expense claim form for 2023-24. This form must be submitted back to the SAS Events Manager in excel format via email.  All procedures on how to submit expenses correctly can be found in the seminar guidelines below.

Seminar registration

Advanced registration for all seminars both online and in-person is requried.
